The season of fall is fast approaching. Fall has always been my favorite time of year. I like the cool crisp air, and the changing colors.
So, I decided to change things up a little bit and attempt to make something I have never made before. My grandma loves wreath’s and hanging things on her door, and I love trying to find ways not to spend a fortune on those things. Michael’s had some cute ones for 30 plus dollars. I just can’t see spending that on a wreath. Especially now with gas prices at 4 dollars a gallon, you learn to conserve in other areas.
These are the materials I used:
Bag of fifty leaves half red half yellow
Three bunches of fall colored flowers
Two wooden signs
Wooden letters to spell out FALL
Most of the materials were purchased at the Dollar Tree Store. The paint, ribbon, wooden letters, and red paper I already had on hand. The wooden signs came from Michael’s in a pack of four for 2.99.
The whole project was completed for less than 10 dollars, and I have left over materials I can use for another project some other time.
This is what the wreath looked like when I first got started:

Well there you have it. One fall wreath ready to hang on the door!!
Has anyone else made some fall wreaths for their doors? I would love to see pictures!! Hope everyone is having a wonderful Monday!!!
