Shipping and Return Policy
Orders ship out Monday-Friday (weekends & holidays are excluded). If your order is placed on the weekend it will process on Monday. From time to time we do experience delays due to large order volumes, if this is the case it may delay your shipment date by 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for personalized items. We do our best to get our order out to you as quickly as possible. If you ever have any questions about your order and its shipment please contact us for assistance.
STANDARD SHIPPING includes USPS. Shipping rates are calculated in the cart and are based on rates set by USPS.
MISSING/DELAYED PACKAGES: Per the USPS you cannot file a claim for missing/delayed packages until the package has been missing/delayed for 15 days. Please reach out to the USPS for assistance at 1-800-ASK-USPS. If insurance is not purchased at checkout as a shipping option, we are not responsible for lost/delayed packages.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If we are able to cancel your order, we do reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee. Please note this before requesting cancellation.
